為了樹立旅游行業(yè)的新形象,旅行社必須誠實于旅游、取信于游客,更好的保障旅游消費者的合法權(quán)益,倡導(dǎo)旅行社之間合法、公平的競爭,實行行業(yè)自律,并接受社會監(jiān)督。

一、堅決執(zhí)行國家的法律、法規(guī),自覺履行行業(yè)行規(guī),維護旅游市場的正常秩序。

三、在旅游業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營活動中,旅行社應(yīng)反對和抵制不正當(dāng)競爭,對游客、不搞假、不哄騙,樹立良好的商業(yè)道德,建立完善的售后服務(wù)體系。

四、在接待工作中,旅行社接待人員對游客應(yīng)一視同仁,以禮相待,主動與旅游者簽訂旅游合同,出具正規(guī)發(fā)票,為旅游者提供約定的各項服務(wù),所提供的服務(wù)不低于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不向旅游者介紹和提供國家明令禁止的非旅游項目。
