影像學(xué)材料是出國(guó)看病所必需的材料，該部分材料對(duì)患者疾病的診斷及后續(xù)治療的評(píng)價(jià)有重要意義。在臨床上，尤其是腫瘤患者，超聲報(bào)告及CT報(bào)告、PET/CT等是評(píng)價(jià)患者治療方案的一個(gè)有效手段。因此，準(zhǔn)確翻譯超聲檢查報(bào)告單對(duì)患者治療方案的制定起到一定的輔助作用。下面就常見(jiàn)的超聲報(bào)告單翻譯樣例，進(jìn)行分析。
原文：
雙側(cè)鎖骨上未見(jiàn)明顯異常腫塊回聲。

肝臟大小形態(tài)正常，光點(diǎn)分布尚均勻，左肝內(nèi)葉可見(jiàn)大小約17mm*14mm無(wú)回聲結(jié)節(jié), 邊界清。

肝內(nèi)血管走行清，門脈內(nèi)徑正常， CDFI示: 血流未見(jiàn)明顯異常。

膽囊大小正常，壁尚光滑, 膽囊內(nèi)未見(jiàn)明顯異?；芈暋Ｄ懣偣芪匆?jiàn)擴(kuò)張。

膜腺大小、形態(tài)未見(jiàn)異常，未見(jiàn)明顯異常腫塊，主膜管不擴(kuò)張。

脾臟未見(jiàn)腫大，未見(jiàn)明顯異常腫塊。

腹主動(dòng)脈旁、雙側(cè)髂血管旁掃查未見(jiàn)明顯異常腫塊回聲。

雙腎形態(tài)大小如常，集合系統(tǒng)未見(jiàn)分離，未見(jiàn)明顯異常腫塊回聲。CDFI顯示，腎內(nèi)血流無(wú)異常。雙輸尿管未見(jiàn)擴(kuò)張。

譯文：
No obvious tumor mass was identified in the bilateral supraclavicular region.

The size and profile of the liver were normal, and the distribution of the echogenic dots was even. An echoless nodule with a size of 17mm*14mm was noticed in the inner lobe of left liver. The margins were clear. 

The distribution of blood vessels in the liver was clear. The internal diameter of the portal veins was normal. No aberrant changes were noticed in the blood flow signals as revealed by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI).

The size of the gallbladder was normal, and the gallbladder wall was smooth. No aberrant echoes were noticed in the gallbladder. Besides, no dilatation was identified in the common bile duct. 

No abnormalities were noticed in the size and profile of the pancreas. No tumor mass was noticed, and the main pancreatic duct showed no dilatation. 

No swelling was observed in the spleen, and no obvious tumor mass was noticed. 

No tumor mass was noticed in the peripheral tissues of the abdominal aorta and the bilateral iliac vessels. 

The size and profile of the kidneys were normal. No separation or tumor mass was noticed in the collective system. CDFI indicated no aberrant blood flow signals in the kidney. No dilatation was identified in the bilateral ureter.
