今年被媒體稱為“最嚴(yán)”考試年，《刑法修正案（九）》于今年11月1日實(shí)施后，“作弊入刑”成為今年考研的各方關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。盡管有“作弊入刑”的殺手锏，國家級考試中依然曝出泄題事件。

12月26日，“史上最嚴(yán)”考研拉開大幕。

According to the ninth amendment to the Criminal Law that took effect on Nov 1, cheating in national examinations, such as the national college entrance examination and national postgraduate entrance examination, is criminal behavior, which can result in a sentence of up to seven years imprisonment if it is a serious violation.
根據(jù)11月1日開始施行的《刑法修正案（9）》，在國家級考試如高考和全國研究生入學(xué)考試中作弊是犯罪行為，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的最高可處七年有期徒刑。

“作弊入刑”（make cheating in national exams a crime）后，今年被稱為“最嚴(yán)”考試年?！缎谭ㄐ拚福ň牛访鞔_組織作弊（organize cheating）、提供作弊器材（provide equipment or help for cheating）、非法出售或提供試題答案（illegally sell exam questions and answers）、代考替考（take tests for somebody else）等4類行為最高可判處七年有期徒刑（a sentence of up to seven years imprisonment）。

今年的研究生考試是修正案施行以來的首個國家級考試，也被稱為“史上最嚴(yán)考研”（the strictest postgraduate entrance examination ever）。但是，28日就有媒體曝光出考研泄題事件。

目前教育部已向公安機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)案，等待進(jìn)一步調(diào)查。教育部表示，考試作弊是犯罪行為，它嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂了考試秩序（seriously disrupts exam order），破壞了教育的公平性（undermines the fairness of education），將積極配合警方調(diào)查。
