營業(yè)執(zhí)照
營業(yè)執(zhí)照是企業(yè)或組織是合法經(jīng)營權(quán)的憑證。
《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》的登記事項(xiàng)為：企業(yè)名稱、住所、法定代表人、注冊資金、經(jīng)濟(jì)成分、經(jīng)營范圍、經(jīng)營方式等。
《營業(yè)執(zhí)照》的登記事項(xiàng)為：名稱、地址、負(fù)責(zé)人、資金數(shù)額、經(jīng)濟(jì)成分、經(jīng)營范圍、經(jīng)營方式、從業(yè)人數(shù)、經(jīng)營期限等。 營業(yè)執(zhí)照分正本和副本，二者具有相同的法律效力。正本應(yīng)當(dāng)置于公司住所或營業(yè)場所的醒目位置，營業(yè)執(zhí)照不得偽造、涂改、出租、出借、轉(zhuǎn)讓。
領(lǐng)取營業(yè)執(zhí)照后，并不能馬上開業(yè)，還必須辦理以下事項(xiàng)：
1、刻制印章；
2、法人代碼登記；
3、開立銀行帳戶；
4、申請納稅登記；
5、到工商所辦理備案手續(xù)；
6、領(lǐng)取購買發(fā)票。
國際駕駛執(zhí)照
上個世紀(jì)初，汽車開始成為重要的跨國交通工具。各個國家對交通規(guī)則、駕照管理有不同的要求，為了解決語言障礙，還制定了一個辦法，即由各締約方政府授權(quán)其交通管理部門按照公約中規(guī)定的式樣向出國旅行的本國駕照持有人簽發(fā)一種證明文件，來向其他國家的交通管理機(jī)構(gòu)證明該駕車人擁有該國頒發(fā)的合法駕駛執(zhí)照。
這個證明文件在公約中被稱作International Driving Permit，簡稱IDP，中文里翻譯成“國際駕駛執(zhí)照”，或“國際駕照”，美國一些出售假國際駕照的人也故意錯誤地用另一種名字稱呼它： “International Driver's License (IDL，國際駕駛證)”。
這個證明是同時用英文/法文/俄文/西班牙文/中文/日文/阿拉伯文等多種語言制作的，它起到駕駛員本國駕照的一份多語種官方證明件和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯件的作用。這種“國際駕照”和駕車人的本國駕照同時使用就可以用來在其他締約方境內(nèi)臨時駕車。約180個國家簽署了上述公約。還有一些其他未簽字的國家承認(rèn)國際駕照可以在其境內(nèi)使用。

每年三月一日至六月三十日，應(yīng)當(dāng)參加年度檢驗(yàn)。
06.When the registered items change, the operation should register to the original issuing unit.
7.
《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》企業(yè)法人被吊銷后，不得開展與清算無關(guān)的經(jīng)營活動。
07.Mar 01 to June 30 every year, the operation should be inspected by the issuing unit.
8.
辦理注銷登記，應(yīng)當(dāng)交回《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》正本和副本。
08.When

申請補(bǔ)領(lǐng)。
