　　付款方式PAYMENTS

　　長(zhǎng)住房定期最少為三個(gè)月，入住時(shí)需預(yù)交一個(gè)月租金及押金，如租約未滿而要求提前退租，則要按酒店時(shí)價(jià)，補(bǔ)交當(dāng)月已受優(yōu)惠租金之差額;

　　A floating deposit equivalent to Three month room rental and a month’s rental in advance is required before or upon check-in and the deposit will be returned upon check-out.

　　為保障您在酒店的簽單消費(fèi)權(quán)，需在入住時(shí)以(信用卡、現(xiàn)金)的形式支付押金，如若押金不足，您將無(wú)法享受在酒店的簽單權(quán)。使用信用卡的客人入住一個(gè)月以上，需每15天一次用信用卡刷取預(yù)授權(quán)作為押金，每月一次進(jìn)行費(fèi)用結(jié)算

　　Deposit, cash or credit card (imprint with approval code), is required upon check-in in order to facilitate signing privilege. Yet, when deposit is insufficient, signing privilege will not work. Thus, sufficient amount of deposit for miscellaneous expenses is highly recommended. The guest who needs to live for more than one month by depositing credit card is required to make authority by the credit card once 15days and pay the bill once a month。

　　Guest has to abide by the relevant accommodation rules and regulations as laid down by the provincial Pubic Security Bureau. In-room cooking is strictly prohibited.

　　3、客人離店時(shí)，酒店將對(duì)房間內(nèi)的設(shè)施設(shè)備進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)和檢查，如有遺失或損害，客人需照價(jià)賠償。

　　A thorough room inspection will be conducted upon check-out. Guest is liable for any serious damage of fixtures and furniture away from normal wear should be responsible for the result.
