第五屆“譯無止境”外語翻譯大賽策劃書
一、大賽背景
第五屆“譯無止境”外語翻譯大賽是我校隆中科技文化節(jié)的重要組成部分，是一項繁榮校園文化、展示當代大學生風采的學生文化活動，也是促進我校外語教學工作、提高教學水平的重要平臺。同時，在湖北省十九屆外語翻譯大賽舉辦之際，為選撥優(yōu)秀的湖北文理學院翻譯人才，我們隆重舉辦本次翻譯大賽。本次大賽活動口號為“譯往直前，愛譯你就來”。
二、大賽目的
本次“譯無止境”翻譯大賽以了解外國文化，提高外語水平為基本宗旨，通過輕松愉快的方式選拔在書面、口頭兩方面都具有翻譯才能的同學，帶動同學們學習外語的積極性和學習熱情。同時本次翻譯大賽也為湖北省外語翻譯大賽選送優(yōu)秀選手，提高我校外語教學水平和學生外語學習能力。
三、大賽要求
第三屆“譯無止境”英語翻譯大賽要求學生進行外語方面的筆譯和口譯，比賽要求公平公開公正，真正選拔優(yōu)秀的翻譯人才。

本次大賽的評委由外語學院的相關(guān)領導、翻譯能手、外語專業(yè)老師組成，評判公正權(quán)威

2、非英語專業(yè)口譯組：非英語專業(yè)學生
3、英語專業(yè)筆譯組：英語專業(yè)學生
4、非英語專業(yè)筆譯組：非英語專業(yè)學生
5、英語（大學B組）：理工學院學生
6、日語組：日語專業(yè)學生
七、大賽時間
本次“譯無止境”翻譯大賽比賽時間初步定為2012年11月15日——2012年11月20日。初期宣傳為期一周左右，參賽，評選為期一周左右。
八、初期準備及宣傳
初賽前設計出海報和宣傳單頁，必要時要在初級準備時期進行籌集資金（如：拉贊助）的工作。
本次翻譯大賽采用多種宣傳方式：
1、海報宣傳
設計制作本次“譯無止境”翻譯大賽的海報（分為兩種：彩色印刷版和手繪版），張貼在新老校區(qū)以及外院（老校區(qū)可以張貼手繪版，新校區(qū)張貼彩色印刷版），保證湖北文理學院內(nèi)更多的同學都能夠看到并且了解本次大賽。
2、宣傳單頁
以簡單傳單方式在新老校區(qū)發(fā)，新老校區(qū)各100份
3、報名方式
本次大賽的全部報名通過各院系通知報名的方式完成，在制作海報、網(wǎng)頁宣傳及宣傳單頁時，注明此次翻譯大賽初賽報名熱線（許露平：短號：665298），并要求參賽選手注明姓名、學號、所在學院、專業(yè)以及聯(lián)系方式，報名截止之后，由翻譯社干事進行匯總，將參加選手的信息整理清晰并打印。
九、大賽流程
本次大賽分預賽和決賽兩個階段：
1、大賽初賽
（一）賽前準備
各選手通知到位 考場申請 考場布置
（二）初賽時間 2012年11月17日 （周六）上午8：30--9:30筆譯;上午10：00---10:40口譯。
（三）初賽地點 襄樊學院南區(qū)三號教學樓
2、大賽決賽
（一）賽前準備
1、根據(jù)之前老師給出的晉級選手名單，工作人員電話通知晉級決賽的選手決賽時間和地點，
2、聯(lián)系評委，依具體情況而定。
3、考場布置
（二）決賽時間
2012年11月18日（周日）上午8：30--9:30筆譯；下午2：00—2：40口譯。
（三）決賽地點 待定
十、大賽形式
1、英語專業(yè)、非專業(yè)口譯組：A聽力（初賽）；B 聽錄音現(xiàn)場口譯（決賽）
2、英語專業(yè)、非專業(yè)筆譯組；A英譯漢（初賽）;B漢譯英（決賽）
3、英語（大學B組）：A 筆譯（初賽） B 口譯（決賽）
4、日語組：只有筆譯（且只有一次賽，無決賽）
十一、報名時間及辦法
時間：11月10日起至11月15日
報名方法：報名時交1張1寸免冠登記照片（辦理參賽證）。
報名費：筆譯組及日語組5元/人；口譯5元/人
十二、獎項辦法
本次競賽根據(jù)參賽人數(shù)比例產(chǎn)生獎項，一等獎1%，二等獎3%，三等獎8%，優(yōu)秀獎16%（各組別）。對一、二、三等及優(yōu)秀獎獲得者頒發(fā)獲獎證書,設置如下：
一等獎MP4一個+校級證書
二等獎精美8G的U盤各一個+校級證書
三等獎精美4G的U盤個一個+校級證書
優(yōu)秀獎若干名，均有精美獎品贈送

譯無止境 譯往直前—外國語學院成功舉辦“譯無止境” 英語翻譯大賽（筆譯部分）
（外國語學院 通訊員 李思勰 李源泉）2012年11月28日18時30分，由外國語學院翻譯社主辦的“譯無止境” 英語翻譯大賽（筆試部分）在南區(qū)3棟JT-02舉行，此次考試由外國語學院翻譯社社長許露平，副社長鐘倩、周依依，就業(yè)部部長周萍擔任監(jiān)考，共有來自13個院系的161名同學參與此次翻譯大賽（筆試部分）。
晚上6時30分，翻譯大賽正式開始。嚴肅的考場氛圍，安靜的考場環(huán)境，認真答題的考生都成為JT-02教室一道獨特的風景。本次翻譯大賽（筆試部分）分為專業(yè)組和非專業(yè)組，試題以生動靈活、貼近生活為特點考察同學們的翻譯技能，試題難度適中，題型變化較大，實用性與技巧性較強。截止晚上7時30分，歷經(jīng)了一個小時的翻譯大賽漸漸走向尾聲，同學們井然有序地交卷離開，緊繃的神經(jīng)終于可以舒緩片刻，喧鬧的教學樓里，高聲談論的考生，一派輕松歡快的場景也給這次的翻譯大賽畫上了圓滿的句號。
為了舉辦此次“譯無止境” 英語翻譯大賽，外國語學院翻譯社做了周密詳盡的安排，不僅打響了我院外語文化節(jié)的第一槍，而且對提升同學們對外語的學習興趣有很大幫助。
