1. Scan or take a picture of your original license with left and right sides (正頁(yè)和副頁(yè)). Send your document to Ms. Joni Hipsher at jlhipshe@purdue.edu Please include your name in pinyin, since Ms. Hipsher cannot read Chinese. Also, if you do have a Purdue email, send the translation using that @purdue.edu email for easier processing.
2. Joni Hipsher will email you when your translation is completed and ready to pick up. Office hours for pick up are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 11:00 with Jasmine Patterson in Stanley Coulter Hall 128 and 2:00-4:00 in Stanley Coulter Hall 128 from Janelle Boys-Chen unless noted in email. Payment (cash or check paid to Purdue University) is expected at the time of pick-up. Translation and notarization for driver’s licenses and diplomas are $15 each for someone who has a PUID issued through the main campus. Students from a different Purdue campus and anyone outside the Purdue campus pay a fee of $23.10.
3. Please allow 4 working days for the translation and notarization, since we receive large amount of requests during the semester. Joni will email you when your translation has been processed for pick up. Do not contact Joni asking about your translation within the 4 working days while the translation is still in process.
4. When picking up your license translation, we will need your 1) PUID 2) passport and 3) the original Chinese license or diploma.

Joni會(huì)發(fā)郵件通知取件。周一到周五上午9點(diǎn)到11點(diǎn)在秘書Jasmine Patterson 那兒取件(Stanley Coulter Hall 128), 下午2點(diǎn)到4點(diǎn)在秘書Janelle Boys-Chen取件，地點(diǎn)同上。有普渡證件（PUID）的同學(xué)和學(xué)者請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)備好PUID, 護(hù)照，駕照原件和15美元現(xiàn)金或支票抬頭開Purdue University。校外學(xué)生駕照翻譯收費(fèi)是23.10美元，同樣準(zhǔn)備護(hù)照和駕照原件。翻譯時(shí)間為4天工作日。在4天工作日內(nèi)，請(qǐng)不要詢問翻譯情況，因?yàn)槲覀冋诜g。
